Great product that lives up to its expectations!
Have this on a scheduled delivery for my MIL who is in a Memory Care facility. These are her preferred brand due to their absorption and non leakage. She also loves the look of them, makes them appear for like underwear vs. a diaper.

Postpartum must have!!!!!
These are PERFECT for postpartum and especially a c section! I have used them now for two postpartums after a c section. They don’t bother your scar and are absorbent. They’re not too bulky and are very comfortable.

If you want to be secure and have no worries about leakage, this is the product for you
I have tried them all. I was in a coma for three weeks from my reaction from the medication. My doctor gave me in physical therapy rehab for 100 days and the ones that they use. They cannot compare to this product.

Not all could be used
One of the diapers had a flaw which was unwearable and waste of money.

Right side seams opens while wearing
Don't know if I got a bad batch or what. I have been using Depends for many years and have always been pleased with them. This order of 44 is ripping apart at the right-hand seams which makes them unwearable. Also opened while wearing them. Tried to talk to Depend Co. and they "DO NOT DO REFUNDS" Good ole Amazon is taking them back and refunding my money. So now I can't depend on DEPENDS and going to a different brand.

A good "backup' but not sufficient by themselves
These undergarments are comfortable, and they fit well overall. They are discreet enough to wear under your clothing, including pants; they don't make you feel like you're swaddled like Baby New Year. They are a pretty pale-peach color and have a somewhat fashionable style. They aren't terribly absorbent, and they are not leakproof, because the leg elastic is not strong enough, even in the correct size. They do not have tabs, so they're not too easy to take on and off in a public restroom. You can rip the side seams easily enough to take it off, but it's not so easy to put a new one on. if you are using it to help someone else get dressed, it's just too complicated. If you are having incontinence problems, I recommend you use these or some other disposable undergarments in tandem with another solution. One is washable incontinence/pregnancy underwear. You can wear them over the disposable undergarments for an extra layer of protection. A second is Rhonda Shear Pinup Panties. They are very comfortable and they are made of a very strong material that is somewhat leakproof. The legs of the Rhonda Shear Pinup Panties are "boy short" style (instead of ending before the thigh begins, they go a little ways down the thigh). They are also very pretty, so that helps you feel a little less self-conscious about having an incontinence problem.here's one more little tip. If you have problems with incontinence, always bring a DIY incontinence kit with you in your purse or bag or briefcase. Put several wipes in a ziptop baggie. Then put that baggie, a pair of disposable underwear, and your "backup" panties. Make sure to take the bag with you when you go to the bathroom.
