Mango Flavored Honey - Unfiltered, Unprocessed Honey Direct From a California Beekeeper - Honey Pacifica

The Short: Got the three pack variety: Mango, Peach, & Raspberry. Each flavor is unique and delicious. I used all three flavors in my teas - which is great. I used them in my teas, baking, grilling, and sauté recipes as well.The Long: First, my teas - Takes only a drop and you have great tasting fruit flavored tea (for those that like a little fruitiness or just in the once-awhile mood). I tried the Mango in a few different recipes for chicken wings from sauté to baked and they all came out great tasting - the flavor is a bit strong by itself when used on wings - it's a little better with some spiciness to give it some "heat". Tried the Mango and the peach on some baked and grilled salmon. Mmmm - the peach flavor was a little weird on the salmon - oh I used a bit of canned pinapples and well canned anything sometimes makes the flavor go awry - but I was bored and it was still okay to eat. Either way, it's fun using these flavored honey in my baking and teas and other cooking recipes.

By chance ten years ago we started buying the mango honey. At that time it was being produced by a small company in Long Beach, CA. We were wowed about the flavor, texture, and cute little bottle it came in. Then we started seeing the honey sold in a nationwide bedding store. Whenever I did see it, I would buy out their limited stock and give to friends and family members. Now that it's being sold through Amazon, the honey is always available. I understand their company has increased in size and moved to a larger facility to accommodate a larger number of buyers. A shout out to an American company that has done well. Now we directly buy it through Amazon and send it from Amazon to everyone on our holiday list, when someone is ill, celebrating an event, etc.

I first bought Honey Pacifica's' mango honey at Whole Foods and absolutely loved it! And, since there is a variety pack that consists of not just mango but two other flavors that I haven't tried before here on Amazon, why not get them as well? I have not yet tried the raspberry flavor, but both the mango and peach flavored honey are delicious! The mango honey is quite fragrant yet pleasant, and it is a great sweetener for foods/drinks that you want to really taste the mango (I use this as a sweetener for my cold matcha latte, as the mango flavor is just strong enough to cut through the strong matcha taste). The flavor of the peach honey is not as strong as the mango's, so it is a good sweetener for foods/drinks that you want to add extra flavor but not have it be overwhelming (for instance, in teas). Although I only tried two of the three honey flavors, I am very happy with them and will make sure to restock them once my supplies start to run low.

I purchased the variety pack and received one raspberry, one peach and one wildflower. I was to have received one mango as well, but was shipped the wildflower in error. I contacted the company and they handled this matter very well, and to my complete satisfaction. It's very nice doing business with a company that handles problems in this manner.As to the honey, obviously everyone has their favorite flavors. The wildflower and raspberry were ok/good but the peach was very good and it adds a wonderful flavor to my tea. I cannot wait to get the mango and will edit my review further at that point.I will probably try additional flavors from them in the future. It's a good company.

I tried this honey while I was in California visiting a friend. I loved it so much that she gave me a jar to bring home to the East Coast. I'm not usually a big honey eater, so I was pretty surprised when the jar was all gone within a couple of weeks!! I was beyond delighted to find that Honey Pacifica sells their honey on Amazon, with Prime no less. I've since ordered three bottles of the stuff and may need to refinance my house to pay for this new found love of honey.In regards to the honey itself, it tastes more of mango than honey and the mango extract tastes very natural. I don't tend to like fruit flavoring in products because it can taste so synthetic. I eat this honey every morning on plain Greek yogurt with chopped almonds and it truly tastes like there is mango in my morning meal.

Perfect blend! Such a unique taste!I use this for oatmeal, coffee, tea, power drinks in my blender, and some mixed drinks.I wish it came in a larger size at a reduced price I would by it by the case!

This is REAL honey with real mango taste. You know it's quality because the flavor is pungent. If you don't like strong honey and/or the taste of real mango, it may not be for you, but if you love both, you will love it. I've used it to sweeten green tea, and I've used it in Szechuan sauce. Both were great!

A friend gave me the Mango variety and when it ran out, I went searching. Was super happy to find it on Amazon and the 3 pack is terrific. I'm using the Peach now and love it as much as the Mango. Great in tea and on stoneground oatmeal. Highly recommend.
