Q: What is the procedure to use this as a dip powder and what all would i need to do it?

You can still use them as did powder, you just need the dipping gel

Q: Do they glow in the dark?

This collection is very pigmented and the colors are beautiful but they do not glow in the dark

Q: Do you need to apply a tip and if so does it come out smooth?

I either use tips or nails forms. But this acrylic need a clear layer of acrylic also bc it’s too soft. Yes it is smooth depending on your application
