Good pressure washer, crap hose
This is a good pressure washer for the money. Works well and appears to be well made. I chose this unit because it was the highest rated electric power washer reviewed in the 7/23 issue of Consumer Reports. The hose that comes with this unit is comically awful. It tangles up easily and kinks. If you buy this unit you are strongly advised to upgrade the hose (Uberflex for me). Also, the soap dispenser tube was badly kinked at the pump end. I had to cut 3/4" off the end of the tube and reinstall it to get rid of the kink so soap would flow.

Excellent Power Washer
Very easy to assemble and to use. Have a gas powered washer that is a pain to get started and cumbersome to move. When I received this one u used it to power wash my house, patio furniture, patio... I didn't want to stop except that I was getting to tired to continue. Highly recommend. If I had any negative comments they would be that the cradle for the wand could be better. It doesn't hold it well if you move the unit. And their needs to bee a shut off for the soap so that if you have soap in the unit and want to just rinse you can.

Wand Support Poorly Designed | Pressure Washer Would Not Start
I have two issues with this machine. First, I purchased the 2400 based on the review of Consumer Reports but they missed a very annoying and easily fixable issue. The wand support is useless. It's as about as good as leaning the wand against a tree. It has zero holding power and as such, the wand falls off as soon as the pressure washer is moved. How is it that DeWALT can design such a beautiful machine complete with beefy pneumatic tires to move around a job site and miss such an obvious issue? I also note that I've since also seen reviews on Amazon and Home Depot where this issue is raid=sed again and again. Is DeWALT not listening? I also note that it appears the current u-shaped support may have been changed from the original design. Take a look at the owners manual which shows an over-under type support design which seems like it would be far better. I'd love to know if any other users have found a workaround for this - or if DeWALT has any suggestions to keep the want from constantly falling off their machine?Secondly, while my initial frustration was with the wand-support design, it got much worse. When used the pressure washer for the first time, it would not turn on. It ran for about 5 secs, and then tripped the GFCI and shut off. The GFCI could also not be reset, even when unplugged. I also tried several different outlets and on multiple circuits with the same result. So all in, the worst experience I've ever had with a DeWALT product.

Decent, quiet washer for the price
For around the house pressure washing it does a good enough job. Not as powerful as my 20 year old Briggs & Stratton, so renewing teak patio chairs took a bit longer but it got the job done and is MUCH quieter and much lighter and easier to move around. The interchange nozzles are very convenient and easy to without losing them. The hose and cord storage design are terrible and would have been so easy to make better. But I'm happy with it after a week of heavy use (I had it running constantly for 2+ hours at a time several times).

Product easy to use.
This is a well designed unit for light cleaning of concrete, walls, equipment, even using to clean your car. However, this model only has 2400psi compared to a gas unit which will provide up to 3700psi and will clean almost anything up.If you need a unit to do average cleaning, this is the one. Light to use, plug-in type (no gas to mess with), will start with a switch, and provide good cleaning.

Be prepared to invest in a foam cannon...........
I was so happy when my husband bought this pressure washer. I have back problems but love to wash my car myself because the car wash just does a terrible job, so I thought this would be a good investment. This thing won't even come close to getting your car clean unless you buy a foam cannon which is another $30 investment. Without the foam cannon, the soap just kind of spits out onto your vehicle with no pressure at all. Then when you rinse your car, it looks like you didn't even wash it. I'm assuming you would get the same results with this pressure washer no mater what you are washing because there is no pressure at all while applying the soap. So, if you are going to invest in this, if you want it to actually wash anything and get it clean, be prepared to also buy a foam cannon.
