Works for purpose but hard to use
The product works for what it’s meant to do but the product is so hard to use. I couldn’t bend the product to go on the different levels and actually really hurt myself when my hand got stuck under the plastic when it slipped and it was too hard to move. I mean I know it’s one of the cheaper back stretchers but I don’t expect it to be so hard to use.

Not customised enough to body shapes
Personally not a fan . I think it does work used correctly, but it's hard to know the exact position to have it underneath you as body length differs between people . Also, level 1 is too easy but the jump to level 2 was too hard for me . I think it's safer and better to use a gym ball to lie backwards over for a safer better stretch

Effective for Back Pain
This was easier to assemble than a more expensive one. It is still a bit fiddly but the plastic is pliable enough to fit the notches.It works remarkably well. You feel your back slowly relaxing into it from having been very tense. You relax as much as you can for a few minutes. Your back feels elongated and frees up the compressed vertebrae. It eased pain but didn't eliminate it.The one negative I noticed is a twinge in my side when I was standing up again. This turned to a short spasm. It may be due to the plastic knobs.I then used a cushion on top to make it more comfortable and avoid this twinge.Its a very useful product to have in your arsenal against back pain. Which sadly seems to be a chronic problem.

Did start at the highest point but couldn't spent 15 minutes like that so lowered it seams to help so far so good

Great value for money, and great for your back!
The only disappointment was that the blue foam cushion is not attached to the plastic, but it is comfortable to use with or without the foam.
