This hair matches good with 350 braiding and wrapping hair from out the beauty supply. The loc was soft and passed the pull test! Also she is 4 months in with this hairstyle.

I've been wearing faux locs for years and people always compliment how 'natural' my faux locs appear. MY installs generally took me a full weekend; wrapping individual braids down to buttocks 😩. These have saved me more then a days worth of laboring. I insert the crochet needle through base of box braid (not the braid but through my hair at scalp) , latch crochet hook into the loop at top of loc, and pull through base of box braid, unlatch the loc hair by pushing loop further down the stick and latch the end of braid into latch, using the assembled crochet hook I then pull the tip of braid through the loc loop, push the loop down braid firmly against braid base and pull the slack of loc to tighten, 3 inches from the base/scalp I insert crochet hook into loc and ran up the center of loc to the top, latch braid into the crochet hook and pull through center of loc /repeat until braid runs fully through loc core. This gives my loc firmness for styling purposes, functions like a natural locs would. Hope you love the results of my technique as much as I do!!!
