Bought it at 699/- and it broke in less than 10 days of light use. And there's no option for exchange or refund. Better go for a dumbbell set by putting in little extra money, atleast it will last !

I suffered a mild stroke in march 2019 that left my left side weakened. I was doing the exercises suggested by my physiotherapist. Then I came across these resistance bands and saw the videos. I purchased a set and believe me, i have been able to regain almost 100%strength in my left side - arm, forearm, wrists, hand, leg, thigh and hip - using the bands and doing specific exercises. I keep doing the exercises regularly , every day and i have benefited tremendously from the resistance bands. Thanks to these life savers and Gods grace, i am back to normal again

Too much easy very less resistant

I have started using this from last 3 days only. But the product is very good as I am using dumbbells for last 27 yrs. I only hope the elasticity remains for a very long time.

Short in length.Not very easy to use.Color washed away with basic usage.Look for something that is at least 10 feet in length to usability.

This has changed my life. Very easy to use at any age. Use it to strenghten muscles of your arms legs chest. I do just 4 types of exercise with it daily as shown on the packet and have lost 5kgs already. Yes a little diet adjustment too

Resistance level is good. Triceps and chest flies can be done. For pull up assistance the length had to be longer.Overall good quality although with use the resistamce will reduce which is natural.

Really disappointed with the product. I have just used it for hardly a week and it has already been tore. Expected a lot out of it apparently ends up dissappointed.
