Healthyway Super Grade Organic Goji Berries 2 Lbs Wolfberry

I ordered this item twice and I just realized that one seller is selling a very low grade batch of Goji berries and the other is selling an above average grade that maybe organic. The seller with the ID NUTRITIONSOURCE is selling a grade of Goji Berries that even a poor Chinese farmer wouldn't buy. These are 100% NOT ORGANIC and taste horrible. They smell like chemicals and I am surprised that they even got into the United States. The Seller should be ashamed of themselves for trying to peddle this junk to Americans.On the other hand, the Goji Berries sold from HEALTHWORKS are definitely pretty good. I don't know if they are organic but they are definitely a higher grade. If you live in China, you can go into any pharmacy and they will have 4-6 grades of Goji with different prices. This one is towards the top. I would give HEALTHWORKS Goji berries a rating of 4.5 stars.I didn't realize that all of these sellers are selling their own batch of "Organic" goji berries. Please be aware that each seller has a completely different product. Also I lived in Chengdu, China for 4 years and I would buy goji berries on a regular basis. I believe that is why there are so many mixed reviews for this product since every person purchased these not knowing that they were all completely different.

I ordered these thinking I would give them a try since the price is good and there are some positive reviews. I received them today and tried a small handful. OMG they are awful. Maybe they were good at one time but they taste old and have a horrible smokey metallic aftertaste that makes me feel nauseated. Honestly, imagine what it would taste like if you would cram a bunch of them into a cars exhaust pipe and drive around town for a while before eating them (after they cooled off of course). I have tried a couple different brands and these are the worse. I thought this batch would refill being almost out of Navitas brand of Goji Berries but there is not comparison. Navitas = nice dried berry taste. This = dried exhaust. . . I am not purposefully promoting the other brand, I am just saying this was a horrible experience.I am contacting the seller, NutritionSource, to see about returning and/or getting a refund and will post and update

I received it in time, and try to eat it in dry form and noticed that it was hard to chew, and then I soaked 1 cup in Fiji non acidic water, and made fruity smoothies with it, wow! it tasted so good then I looked for the benefits and found out here viewing this video, God Bless this gentelman, he explains how it is so powerful in the blood, watch and be amazed, I truly felt the effects right away cause I was going through some allergic reaction to Armour Thyroid and did all the Yeast and Bladder infection cleanses , but didn't stop so I did the Candida and Metal cleanse, just finished it, but when I start eating Goji berries I just felt better and better cause it was probably eating up those unhealthy bacteria and the Fungus in the blood stream... BewareI Fbang is a cheat!! I paid for this product on October 29, 2013 and never received it, today is December 17, 2013. I have been contacting Fbang the seller, someone called Emily replied. Never addressed the issue about where are the goji berries? when will I get them? will I ever get them? The tracking number says its in china. I asked Fbang and the reply was" we had contacted the shipping companyWhich showed that there are full of parcels in the post ,the update will be later than beforeThe item all in the shipping way ,but we can not get back nowThen what can we supply good solution you want ?Looking forward to your help"I dont know what this means. After this never heard from them. I am very disappointed. No one should buy from them. They are keeping your money for 2 months!!

THE PICTURE ON AMAZON SHOWS A "2lb bag" with printed Nutritional facts.What I ordered was a "2lb bag" as shown on Amazon, listing nutritional facts or information on the product. What I receive was 2 "1lb bag" with "NO Nutritional Facts or information on the label". The label only says Goji Berries that's it! It raises a red flag as to the following questions:1. Why did I receive 2 1lb bags of Goji Berries instead of the 2lb bag listed on Amazon.com? Don't even know if it is really 1 lb bags since there is no information on the bag and how much it weighs?2. Why is there "NO NUTRITIONAL FACTS OR INFORMATION ON YOUR PRODUCT THAT I RECEIVED AND JUST A LABEL PRINTED "GOJI BERRIES"?3. Because the label is "different" from the one I received, No Nutritional Facts, or weight content, It's hard to believe I'm getting exactly what I paid for.4 There are other poor reviews on this product listed on Amazon.com who also has problems with the product. To me this is bad business practice!

Product has a very bad taste profile. For a while I wondered if it had been heat treated because the taste is just awful. Berries are supper dry (impossible to be any dryer). As the product is simply packaged on a ziplock bag, it is not really possible for customers to make sure product is organic. The bottom line is, besides concerns about organic status and taste, I am just not convinced the product will offer me all the nutrients I expected from buying Goji Berries as it seems to be either too old or heat treated, too dry and of uncertain quality. I regret not spending a few more to get it from a vendor selling a temper sealed bag certified organic. Will not buy this product from the same seller ever again.
