Great for the money!
Wow, did I struggle with this purchase. It was hard for me to pick a table that would give me the right balance of quality for the money spent. I knew at this price point I wasn't getting arcade quality but I expected the puck to move freely and the system to function flawlessly. I knew I wouldn't spend a couple hundred dollars and I was resigned to get something in the $800-900. At the last minute; the one I "wanted" was sold out. So I chose this one.The table is mostly pressed wood as you would expect. I had no broken pieces from delivery and for that I felt lucky. The fan does the job and lifts the puck pretty well. I've played other tables where the fan was strong enough to slightly lift the handheld bumpers. ...this table will not do that. The manufacturer provides more than enough pucks to play and 4 bumpers. I was very happy to see the amount provided. I was REALLY glad to see the bumpers are made pretty well and didn't disappoint or feel cheap. I ordered some extra just in case and the ones provided are far superior to what I bought. The table itself is heavy. The shipping manifest says it weight 175 lbs in packaging. It wasn't terrible to set up but did take 2 people to do it properly and to flip. I may have spent 1 hour on the set up.Technically, there are two power plugs (mildly annoying); one for the air and one for the "game system/sound". I chose to attach the air to a smart plug so I can turn it on and off with Alexa. That was a cool touch that the kids enjoy. The "game system" (whatever you call it) has only a few options. Turn on/off/restart the game. Sound on/off. Then 3 game modes 3 min, 5 min and 7 min. This is probably the most annoying of all. Yes, the system has flawlessly tracked and displayed goals; so you can't complain about that but I hate that you only have 3 - 7 min games. We aren't playing with quarters and people stacked up behind us. Why must we be timed for our games and an unlimited time game won by points only not be an option. My 9 year old sometimes time out on a 7 min game and it doesn't feel as fun as a "true winner".Nothing about this system's features, hardware, or design is upsetting. I'm kinda glad I got "stuck" with this table and didn't end up spending $300+ dollars on a different table where this works perfectly fine for our needs. ...but it wasn't without a significant amount of reading reviews, etc. and a lot of anxiety prior to set up.Good overall product and really a fine balance on price and quality.

OK Overall - But very SHARP Corners ... Keep bandages handy! You will need them after play.
Purchased this table a month ago from Amazon.Com. Assembly instructions are not easy, but OK. Quality of the table is good. But the "electronic scorer" is extremely poor quality and failed in 3 days. The goal boxes are cheap plastic boxes that stick out, and broken in a week. Because the table is made of compressed particle board, the wood screws can not be used to put them back.By the way, you need to keep few bandages handy while using this table. The sharp edges of the table legs, the panel boards with the logo 'EA Sports', the plastic arch holding the "electronic scorer" surely will take a toll. cuts, nicks, scrapes etc. Everyone who played on this table needed a bandage!Overall this Air Hockey table is fun, but the company should improve the quality and safety issues, which should not cost them a lot.

Good instructions and part segregation
So i decided to wait a few months before I wrote a review. The comments on the electronic scoring breaking after a day and the emergency room visits due to permanent blood letting damage from banging against the legs of the table made me see if I experienced the same trauma. Preview, wel no, I didn't.Assembly. Much much easier to assemble by my lonesome than the EAS fooseball table. A few hours. BUT, turning it over by my self after assembly was much harder than the fooseball table. The material is cheap particleboard and I dropped it and broke the leg. I used packing materials to patch it up and it worked. Don't overtighten things. Prefit first. Be patient, and careful. Good instructions and part segregation.Use. After two months of almost daily use by me and 5 kids and their unruly wreckless friends, I'm happy to report no ER visits or even bandaids needed and the automatic scorer still works. Sure some deadish spots on the board but nothing to fuss about for this price point. It's a beautiful looking table and even with a patched up leg and works great and is sturdy. We are enjoying it tons.

Great table with a small but significant flaw. It can be overcome.
Very well designed and very well made table. It took a while to set it up, but it is SOLID! The ping pong table stores on a shelf right under the table itself. Great airflow so there is smooth puck travel. The only significant negative is the quality of the “hockey sticks.” They have a self-stick felt pad that barely fits on the bottom of the cheap plastic handles, so the plastic quickly starts to rub on the table surface. It makes a scratchy sound and will soon start to scratch the table surface itself. The bottom of the hockey sticks should be solid, smooth surfaces for the felt to better adhere to. I will need to buy better quality “sticks” soon.

Love the table
Love the table. Very sturdy. Easy to assemble. Only complaint is when the delivery truck arrived and they would not help bring it in the house. Front porch was were they left it.

Not received my refund yet
The product has nicks and scratches already within few days after assembly. The product seems to be cheap and low quality. The ice hockey Pushers were of very poor quality causing damage to the board. I had to order separate better quality ones. The scorer accidentally keeps scoring when you try to retrieve the pucks. The scoring machine is battery operated and it isn’t very simple to replace the battery under the table. When the machine is otherwise electrical, why should the scoring machine separately require batteries. This was not clear from the description either. The table tennis size is also much smaller and could have been a bit larger. Overall overpriced for a not so great product. The NFL product which is similar seems to offer a larger size as well.

Severely Overpriced Boredom
Disappointed...does not hold the interest of four active hockey playing grandchildren. It is used more for ping pong than for Air Hockey
