Q: So you don't need a spring compressor for these?

This is just the shock that the spring mounts on to but yes you need a spring compressor before releasing the top of the strut after its off the vehicle.

Q: This part numbes is for one rear side ?or its the same pn for both rear shock?

Both rear shock/struts are the same. Don't forget to order bushing mount kits for them. Front struts are different part numbers for each side. Order KYB mount separate for each. They do not come with struts nor does bellows. Hope this helps
