Gets the taste of exotic wild mushrooms in a dish without the price of buying the wild mushrooms. I love this in homeade cream of mushroom soup along with button mushrooms. Makes amazing mushroom strudels in phyllo dough with only button mushrooms. Add some to chicken and rice for an exotic mushroom kick!! This stuff is amazing. My friend brought me back some from Seattle last year, and this is now my 3rd jar of it and a staple in my pantry!!

I love the flavor, we put it on any type of meat. I dislike that this product doesn’t come in a bigger size

Looking for a replacement jar and this is it. Perfect for BBQ grill to give my favorite chicken that little extra "kick" without making you need to water pitcher next to you to drown away the "saltiness" . Also small enough and lid tight enough to pack in suitcase to take with you on vacation when grilling .Howard 21903

I love this rub. It has a rich earthy taste that is wonderful on ribs. Rub it on the ribs, then place them on slabs of onion, put about a cup of beer in the pan, cover with foil and roast slowly for several hours. Awesome! I acn't find this in the stores anymore. Thank goodness for Amazon! I've also used it on beef, chicken, and pork. It's a pantry staple.

A nice but not sofisticate combination of mushrooms. This is a good item for a gift and certainly for households where the cook likes mushrooms and the rest of the family is a bunch of whiners.I have a product suggestion that I already developed but nobody responded.Pick on your food, not in the cook.
