Great Efficient System, Four Tons of Power and Check for Rebates with your Electricity Co.
I wanted to leave a review for this since I wished there were more reviews when I purchased the system back in August. I purchased this system to heat/cool a small five (5) room cabin that has no insulation. I did all of the work myself with the exception of testing/releasing the refrigerant (had a HVAC contractor friend do that part). I have never installed a ductless split system before and if you do your leg work researching everything you can do this project yourself (unless you're uncomfortable with electricity).Generally speaking the system comes with everything you need except for your 110/220 Volt electrical materials (disconnect, wiring, sealtight and electrical breaker). The freight delivery comes with a pallet containing the condensing unit, five boxes with wall mounted evaporator units (things that hang on wall inside) and five smaller boxes of linesets (refrigeration lines), low voltage wiring harnesses (between the condenser and evaporators), wall sleeves, vinyl pipe wrap and puddy to seal the openings. The condensing unit comes with vibration pads and miscellanous fitting adapters for the refrigerant lines. Each evaporator comes with a battery wall mounted IR remote control/Thermostat and a wifi usb adapter to connect each evaporator to the internet. The only thing that I wish was included were nylon plastic wire bonding connectors for the electrical wire penetrations into the condenser. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RHJM435/ref=dp_cerb_1The installation took three days taking my time over an extended weekend. Make sure you plan your condensing unit location strategically or you will need to buy more lineset material and ductless split electrical wire. 16 feet does not go far when you are making bends. Also, the die hard HVAC guys will tell you not to splice the line sets but all of the evaporator connections and condenser connections are flare fittings so whats the harm in a few more. I would also recommend using the Nylog Blue sealant on all the flare fittings. The condenser is very quiet and produces very little vibration and same goes for the inside evaporator units. So far the system has been performing well. Two neat features I haven't tried yet are the "follow me" feature where the battery remote controls the evaporator (the evaporator is normally controlled by return air temperature) and the humidity mode where the system controls the levels of humidity in the air. I do not expect it to make an uninsulated cabin toasty warm when the outside temperature is below 32 degrees but it takes the edge off what would be an otherwise ambient temperature interior. My HVAC friend told me the unit appeared to be well constructed and the control board was user friendly with a LED readout for error codes. The Senville app for android is very glitchy (sucks) and didn't work correctly to connect each evaporator to the internet. I had to dig up an old iphone and use the iphone version of the app to get everything connected. Once connected you give each evaporator a room name and everything has worked great from the android version of the app. So I can turn the unit on from home before leaving to go to the cabin so it's warm when I get there. My last recommendation is to check with your electricity company for rebates. I found that PPL has a $200/12,000 BTU rebate for high efficiency >21 SEER ductless split units. That translates to $800 savings for this system. All in all it's a tremendous deal for a super efficient system.

Excellent
Easy to install especially since I’m an HVAC tech. Very quiet, easy to set up and operate with remote or Wi-Fi. Already seeing the savings on my electric bill.

All the manual are the same!
Need more info in manual installer about valves when have to open all of them or check one by one and the last one is the main in order to realest the gas the rest was fine

Buyer's Remorse
This seemed to be a great option to traditional HVAC Systems. I have five zones. Be sure to have help if you are installing multiple zones. It has had error codes constantly from day 1!

Great for a 1,000 sqft Shop in Southern California
I’m a cheap DIY engineer, so this seemed like a good option to cool my shop. Ran the heat load calcs on my poorly insulated 1,000 sqft shop with a tin roof that’s located in SoCal and found I needed 54k BTU on the hottest of days, couldn’t find a cost effective larger unit so pulled the trigger on this 48k BTU unit. Summers hit over 110F and Winters dip into the mid 30s. With the A/C I can keep the shop in the mid 70s on a hot summer day, and in the winter I can cook myself out of here.Whatever you do don’t cheap out and undersize the unit, and be sure to consider all heat loads, for example what happens when you pull a car that’s been sitting outside all day in the hot summer sun into your nicely cooled garage? We’ll if your A/C can’t pull out the heat your shop now has a giant oven that’s going to overcome your A/C for many hours. After 2 years of use I can tell you that my unit has been doing fine, super quiet and not too bad on the electric bill. My system has 4 zones which I placed at various locations in my shop to ensure all areas were covered, longest run was about 50 ft.I’m a licensed ASE automotive A/C tech as well so I installed the unit myself, no big deal but make sure you know basic 240V single phase electrical and have a high quality flaring tool, a vacuum pump, and a gauge set. Make sure your flares are perfect, keep everything surgically clean, use sealant on the connections and you’ll be golden. Also, be very careful to not bend over the soft copper lines during the install, in the event you do google the crescent wrench reshaping trick to reshape the tube. Even though I’ve run many a line and was super careful I even bent one and had to use the trick to reshape it. Finally, most everyone will not need to worry about adding additional refrigerant, but keep tabs on your system line runs, in the event you have some very long runs you may need to add some refrigerant.

Be careful when you buy from Senville! Read this!
Well, my issues started when a contractor told me the copper lines provided are not long enough, also they are prohibited from using flares, instead they weld the lines using nitrogen to push the air and avoid oxidation, you need a contractor if you want the warranty applied otherwise you are screwed big time, the problem is with the covid-19 I most of the people are doing quarantine and I just wanted to return the copper lines and get longer ones, but now I have to buy them from the contractor adding costs.
