This is a VERY VERY high quality yoga board. It is quite heavy and does take some assembly. The wooden board is thick and sturdy. The metal bar is solid in any position. It's great when inclined, but can also be laid flat which makes it a balance board. The pad on top is rubberized and stays put, but can be removed for cleaning or re-positioning.It comes with 2 very high quality yoga blocks as well as yoga straps.The Juvo board website has some great videos for yoga, barre, and stretches for free, but you can also purchase additional work outs.This is great for a home studio, but is definitely for someone who is very serious about yoga or barre. It takes up quite a bit of space and is difficult to move, so not something you'll want to pull out and put up each day.Overall, I like it, but the cost is a bit high for what it is.

I’m obsessed with this board. It’s so versatile. It’s very high quality, very sturdy, and provides multiple ways to use it so that it literally can help anyone with not just their yoga practice but any fitness routine. Using the board slanted provides even more stretch to the calves while in downward facing dog. I love gripping the sides of the boards (regardless of board position) and being able to pull myself even deeper into a forward fold. Using the unstable position really challenges muscles that don’t get used often and after a week or so I definitely started noticing . I’m so happy with this purchase and I was a little nervous because I’d previously owned an indo yoga board and didn’t like it and it was pretty much a waste of money and went to goodwill but this board is worth every penny! I used to be a yoga teacher and have been through teacher training and very highly recommend this.

I am 5"3 and 130lbs. I couldn't get the box in the door. Very heavy. Shipping to return was more than the board. My home is too small for the size of the Juva Board. If you have large room and some to help you move it, go for it. Otherwise buyer beware. Big loss.

I saw several Pilates teachers using this board and was really excited to try it out when I saw the price was down to 150.Maybe I have not used it enough but unless you have a dedicated studio space this board takes up way too much space, is really heavy and the mat that came with it keeps slipping. The best part is the Yoga blocks that came with it and I already had a bough Yoga blocks.I will give it a couple more tries but this will probably end up being a Goodwill donation eventually.Should have listened to the negative reviews.

I love the versatility of this balance board. It is very solidly built and made for such a wide range of exercises that it can be used for any exercise level from beginner to advanced. Whether doing simple or complex routines, this board it perfect! Out of the box, all that is needed to assemble is the bar that is used for a stand to change elevation or used as a handlebar, depending on the desired exercise. The board is rather heavy but the bar does fold down easily for storage. There is also a mat to place on the board to help gripping during exercises. I am so excited! My Juvo Board came even before I could get out of my house after the snowstorm. It was easy to assemble by removing six screws and adding the bar and knobs. The instructions were understandable and clear. I was impressed with the stability and quality of the wood used for the board itself. The mat, two yoga black and straps are included. The added benefit of having the option to use this high quality board in elevate, modified balance, balance 1 or balance 2 positions is invaluable and unmatched in the industry. This price is phenomenal and my workouts have included this piece of equipment every day!

It weighs 80 lbs it damaged my hardwood floors and cracked the patio tile. It is extremely hard to move and the.incline is too steep for most work.

The board is “so sturdy” that the thing WEIGHS way too much to move. And the “wheels” are ridiculously small (tiny metal wheels that Mar the floor!) so they don’t really make it easy to maneuver. For context - I have owned a fully equipped Pilates studio for 25 years and moving the high mat which is 7’ long w/o wheels is far easier. I’m very disappointed.
