Fantastic outdoor, general utility knife
One of the best outdoor/general utility knives I’ve ever used. Easy to maintain, stays razor sharp virtually forever (only light stropping after use). Lightweight and comfortable in a variety of grips, feels like an extension of my hand. Should have been marketed as an outdoor/camp knife. Don’t let the category fool you, this is a very capable outdoor knife that also holds up in the kitchen.

Get what you pay for
Razor sharp with a very fine edge right out of the box. Comfortable handle that allows for a variety of hand positions. An indention in the scales near the blade makes it easy to "choke up" on the knife for finer work like peeling.

Beast of a Dicer
I found myself reaching for my Tops Dicer 3 over my Wüstofs more and more. This is one heck of a blade and I cannot wait to use it outside of my home kitchen. Another great blade by Tops.
