We bought this item and only received half of it. When I emailed the manufacturer they told me I wouldn’t receive the rest of the item until April. We bought it January 1. This should have been disclosed prior to the purchase. Now that we have it put together it will be a huge pain to return. Which puts the consumer in a pinch. I would not buy from this manufacturer and if there’s an issue with shipment related to Amazons shipping regulations, which the manufacturer reported was the issue, this also should have been disclosed. It’s somewhat comfortable, but the cushions move and slide.

So for the money a so so product. There definitely needs to be something to hold the cushions to the couch, they constantly side right off the couch with minimal movement. The back is way to short!! I have to stack several cushions upright to give back support other wise the back literally hits you in the middle of your back when you lean back. The cushions are thin and very uncomfortable. This couch may be ok for a short hang out but, to sit and watch tv on the deck for a football game no way!!Update walsunny has reached out to me after the review taking my suggestions in mind to have a higher back, better cushions, and something to hold the cushions and place. I also recieved a partial refund

I love this set! I was a little worried buying such a big item on Amazon but I couldn’t be happier.I put it together myself and it was super easy.I highly recommend it!!

95% of me loves it, however the pucture is a little deceiving when it comes to the size and height if the back cushions

fit the porch perfectly and 1/2 the price. assmebly a bit of time but worth it. pay close attention to frame parts and hole locations some are standardized some are not.

These have been a great addition to our back porch. It took a bit of time and deciphering to assemble the units, but once they were complete it's been a great experience.I would recommend having an extension hex key and socket set that you can work with to save time on tightening all the joints together. They provide the tools needed, but it was easier with some longer tools that had ratcheting features.

Very upset about this. No way to talk to this company. Amazon will not help. Poor quality, to small for my daughters family. I would be willing to return for restocking charge. No answer, no phone number to call. RIDICULOUS!! Will never buy from a third party!!! Very Upset.disgusting!!!

I had an issue pop up with the couch we purchased. I can't say enough about Walsunny's attention to customer service. I had a broken part and the company communicated right away and replaced it free of charge. Service is excellent. The couch has been in place for a couple of months now. We sit on this outdoor couch probably 3 nights a week and it has been great. You can't beat the value for the price. It looks great where it is and we didn't have to spend a fortune. My wife calls it her SheShed. (Thanks Cheryl!)
