This works good the strength is strong it’s a great value for the money. It doesn’t leave a bad taste which makes it easy to swallow. It dissolves easily and worked great for my gut health. It is a large size which makes it a value for the money.

The only company I have found at an affordable price that lists and uses 100% Glutamine as its only ingredient. Glutamine is an essential protein building block. I enjoy taking this during my fasted work outs to remain fasted, suppress cravings & retain muscles by supporting them through my fasted state! I add it to my shake the second half of the day for Gut Health to strengthen/repair my Gut lining after decades of trashing it with poor health choices. It’s a big size and I appreciate that. I was not regular prior to using this product and I’m thankful to have felt and seen results 2 days later. Highly recommend.

Works great my only complaint is the taste! I just can’t get used to it! I tried mixing into just about everything but I can still taste it. It does dissolve completely when you mix it though. No smell and comes with a scoop so that’s handy! I definitely prefer the capsules but I purchased for a great price so I can’t complain too much! Good product!

Horrible after taste but definitely took my stomach plain away . Powder like texture easy to mix , great size jar .

Great mix ability without having to use a blender in my shakes and smoothies. Helps with my GI issues. Mild taste is taken alone. Nothing significant at all.

The directions indicate to take one serving a day. 1 serving = 1 scoop. 1 scoop is 5 grams. However it doesn’t come with a scoop! How am I supposed to find a 5 gram scoop when everything one would scoop is weighted differently? I don’t work for El Chopo so it’s not like I’m willing to drag out the scale to weigh white powder daily. Disappointed. I received it yesterday so can’t speak to the effects, except it’s NOT tasteless. To cover the taste I put it in my am coffee but had to add a little stevia. I’m sensitive to supplements and this did not cause nausea on an empty stomach. I would say 2 stars because no scoop, but the jar is larger than anticipated and doesn’t cause nausea so giving 3. For reference the pics are next to a regular size can of Diet Pepsi.

Since taking this, I have noticed a huge difference in the way i feel after lifting. Im always walking around sore and with this product i feel nothing!!I I love it!
