GREAT PRODUCT
When I received this mini laptop, was full of excitement.1st thing I did was to plug power in & turn it on.Windows 10 setup went perfectly.Installation of my favorite software, both MS Office & games, installed & ran without a hitch.Loved the multi-touch screen, was quick & precise.The M3 processor was quick & snappy - almost as fast as my desktop I3 quad-core processor.Wireless internet connected & stayed connected for hours even when brought back from sleep.Only negatives are minor...The keyboard. Feel was almost as nice as desktop. Key layout was a problem. Because of the smallfootprint of 7 inch, it takes time to re-learn the tripling up of chars on each key. I type 75 words/minute.I am down to 35 with this keyboard - because the chars are not where they should be.Have seen small footprint of 9.7 inch mini laptop & still keep QWERTY keyboard layoutequivalent to desktop QWERTY layout. Does anybody make 9.7 to 10.8 mini laptop with I3 or I5 CPU?I sent this GREAT PRODUCT back & am waiting for that computer.

a raspberry pi gen 4 can do infinitely more in a smaller and cheaper package
an absolute joke, can't even run tetris without issues. one of the worst pieces of technology i own and i refurbish laptops from the early 2000s, it's clunky, has poor battery life, disconnects from internet at the worst times, anything you can think of that a laptop shouldn't do this thing does, the only blessing about this clunky paperweight is that it was gifted to me, do not buy, do not tell your friend to buy, i wouldn't bestow this infernal machine upon my worst of enemies.
