Part of my daily routine for keeping healthy this Cold and Flu Season
I bought this Pukka tea with Elderberry and Echinacea, because I was flying back and forth across U.S. to visit my new grand baby. I purchased the 3pk shipped from Amazon. Before getting this, I got sick several times from all the sneezing and germs on the plane. After getting this and drinking 2 or 3 cups a day, I haven't gotten sick. A few sniffles and congestion but no Flu or Bronchitis. I like to put the tea bag in a tall mug with 8-10 oz water in the microwave for 2 1/2 min. I really like the taste of the tea, especially when it's cooled off, barely warm with honey in it. I'm so glad I found this! ***Update to my review: Unfortunately, I had to stop drinking this brand because it has Licorice in it. When I drank this brand, my blood pressure would rise. I found out Licorice can raise your blood pressure. I had to switch to a different brand. I wish Pukka would make it without the licorice, I really liked the taste.

Christmas Gifts of Compassion
This is a high quality tea that supports good health. I wrapped them and put bows on them and gave them as Christmas gifts. Excellent value for the money and a thoughtful gift also. I also kept a few boxes for myself to support my own health.

Cant taste the Elderberry
Bought for cold and flu season - Tried it out ahead of time, of course. The Tea itself is ........ok...ish. Rather weak tasting, and I left the bag in the hot water for a long time. No taste of Elderberries, which is why I purchased it in the first place. Have no idea if it helps or not. Sickie Brother wont drink it. Ugh..... Men.....

Stinks, but honey makes it sweet!
I wanted to love this tea. It's a little better than okay. Not bad, but not great. The thing that gets me the most is the smell. I can't smell it in the cupboard or container, but when I brew it is when i smell it. It stinks! It smells like dirty socks, slightly like mildew, or something along those lines. It's not pleasant. The taste is okay. Add some honey and it's good! I continue to drink it for the benefits of elderberry. I might try and find another brand though. I was drawn to this because it's organic, however everyone in our family of 7 feels the same as I do. I would definitely suggest giving it a try. To each their own. It might just be my family haha. It's not bad quality by any means.

2020, what a year
Ok so I read all the benefits of elderberry but wanted to avoid the sugary syrup (keto). With fires here in CA it's been ROUGH air quality to say the least plus the constant fear of Covid. This definitely helped soothe the lungs after 250 wild fired were blazing in my state- one of which is right in our "backyard". I would recommend this tea. The flavor isn't amazing but I just add a cheap lipton tea bag or nice early grey for flavor since I'm picky.I will update this after flu season with new results!
