Livingston Straw Fedora Sun Hat for Women Men Foldable & Packable Trilby Panama Style Summer Beach Hat

I ordered this hat in two colors, gray and natural, to try on for an upcoming trip. When they arrived, my mom was visiting because we were going to a concert that night. I liked both hats but decided to only keep the natural one because it will work best with my vacation outfits. My mom put on the gray one and it was cute so I told her to wear it to the concert. Before the concert we went out to dinner, and there were two guys sitting at a table next to us. I should mention this was in Los Angeles, where it's not uncommon to see celebrities out and about. Anyway, when my mom went to the bathroom, one of the guys next to us leaned over and asked me who she was, saying he knew he recognized her from some TV show or possibly some band. I honestly 100% think it was the hat that did it, she was dressed very normally otherwise. SO if you want to look like a mysterious television star trying to keep a low profile while out with your family, this hat is for you!It's also very cute and good quality, and seems like it will be cool to wear in the heat which is why I bought it. But the whole making you look famous thing is a fun benefit :D

Was so scared to buy this hat I searched all over Amazon for similar hats and had a hard time with the mixed reviews. My sexy husband is husky but doesn't have a large head so I was unsure/scared with sizing. A lot of hats i found had reviews saying they came squished and deformed. I wanted something firm but comfortable that came packaged the same way it was supposed to look when worn. Well this is it! Its firm but not heavy or stiff. Not flimsy, no weird crunching sounds. No smell. Great color. Not white or yellow or brown. Just right and IT FITS PERFECTLY!!! He looks amazing! Got it for a casual beach wedding in Aruba. I'll post again to let you know how it held up with sweat, in the sun, chlorine, ocean water, etc. (If he wears it that often)

The hat really looks good and trendy, here in Miami, Fl we see a lot of those. The problem I had was the size.I ordered the Large/x Large, too tight for me. Solution, I bought a hat stretcher.

I was looking for a straw fedora that fits well. This one has an internal adjustable band that allows the size to be customized. The shape is perfect. I've traveled with it and have crushed it into travel bags. It springs back every time.

I love that it serves is purpose to block out the sun from my face/ears. The brim is a little smaller than my other one, but it still does the trick. I am not a hat wearer and have gotten many compliments, so I guess it was a good choice! It is adjustable band inside which doesn't hurt my head. Waited for a long time to find a black hat to fit and still be stylish.

I can't believe amazon chose to put the hat in a large box with no protection from the 8lb bag of salt flakes, 2 books, 3lbs of exercise bands, & a roll of posters. It is completely crushed under everything. You would think common sense would kick in and the person would realize 'hey this hat won't survive in this box', but no they just tossed it in with everything else.As for the hat it seems thin, when trying to put it back into the shape of a hat and putting it on it seems a bit big for me. Not sure if it is or if it is due to being crushed.Update:Amazon sent a new hat out in a box. However the box was about 1/2" to short and the top was still crushed down some. I tried this hat on and it is way to big. It comes down over my eyebrows. The hat itself is a thin material and doesn't seem to hold a shape very well. It's good for the price. But I may have to look in the kids section since all the small adult hats don't go any smaller than 22". I found a fabric tape measure and my head is 21 1/4". I'm guessing manufactures consider that XS or child's sized. I never thought my head was small, especially with all the crap floating around in it. So if your head is not 22 or above I advise to keep looking.

The hat just arrived, squished. I don't think this is supposed to be squishable? After removing it from the bag, it still has wrinkles. Based on the way it fit into the sealed plastic bag it was in, apparently was packaged that way by the manufacturer. Other than that, it's very nice, just what I was looking for. 100% straw with a lightweight white fabric liner inside. I'll try to straighten it out maybe with some steam. If that doesn't work I'll return it and try one more time.EDIT:Upgrading to 5 stars. It took about ten minutes with a steamer and now the hat is wrinkle-free. Note on size: It says "L/XL" in the band. This hat fits me exactly the same as another one I have which is 59cm. If you have a small head it seems like it would require too much padding in the band.
