Banneton Bread Proofing Basket Baguette 22 Inch and Linen Liner Set

Rating a 4 because I have noting to compare it against. It works well, just as designed and seems that it will be durable. When I first got it I was apprehensive that it might be too small (8.5 inches compared to the competitor at twice the price at 9"). But, after my first loaf resting overnight it was perfect and beautiful. It also comes with a linen that can be used as a cover, or it can be used to line another bowl for proofing (ie a glass bowl).

I have had these in the smaller size for bread making for years - work well. So you cn imagine how wonderful it was to have in bigger size. I have had occasional problems with bread dough sticking even with lots of flouring, so it was as bonus to have the lining

Nice baskets they arrived clean and in perfect condition and recently I baked couple round loaves of bread easy to clean and store

This is for the 11" oval banneton. The 11" length is accurate, but it is much narrower and shorter than the description. I bought this because I needed a second 11" banneton, but this one is tiny compared to the one I already own. Quality is good, but it is useless for my needs.

Great product, great price. It is super stinky even after washing, so thats why i gave it 4 stars
