I love any kind of potato--even boxed! Hungry Jack is one of our favorites. We buy the big box and eat it as a side the first night. Then we mix the leftovers with broccoli and kielbasa and heat it up the second night. Soak the dried potatoes in the liquid for 30 minutes when you cook it the first time, for a better texture.

I used to be able to buy this in the store but can no longer. So that is why I ordered online because we like The Hungry Jack potatoes the best.

We have loved these for years. But sorry to say they have been discontinued by the company. Which is a major bummer !!!

The best boxed scalloped potatoes! I soak them in milk for about half hr before cooking. Gets rid of that boxed potato texture
