Humminbird PTC UNB Soft Portable Case for 100 and 300 Series

This is the recommended case for the 597ci in portable form. I would say it would work ok in a boat but it's too small for ice fishing. There isant room for the transducer and float when your done with it.

I haven't used this product for fishing yet, but I've set it up to use and it's great.I had a hard time figuring out online what comes in the package, so I'm writing this to help someone else out hopefully.The package includes a hard deck with a carry handle, a quick mount base, a short power cord (long enough to use with the portable case), and a transducer extension cable to make it easier to hook up to the transducer to the unit. It also has some suction cups and mounting hardware to convert your transom transducer to a portable unit if you want.This version of the case (part number ending with nb) clearly does not contain a battery or a charger. You can buy the other version that comes with those if you need them. The only other items it does not come with are the sonar head and a transducer.I ordered some parts (quick mount and power cord) that I ended up not needing and will have to return them. Hoping to help others from making the same mistake.

Nice product. Everything fits but it's a little tough to get to the battery posts to charge. Would have given it five stars if they would have thought that battery issue through.

The stitching at the top of the case fell apart when trying to put the unit inside. Does not come with an arm to hold transducer wire. Does not come with transducer, battery or head unit.

At first I thought this was a little pricey for just a case. I was thinking it was cheap like the grey Lowrance x67c case so I was just going to make my own but decided to check it out. Once I got it I realized how cool of a case it is and worth the money. It is perfect for Ice fishing, kayak or boat. It has very easy access to all the components. Everything is easy to plug in or remove. You plug the transducer into the front on the base. The back of the case has a zippered access to the battery. It has mesh side pockets and zippered pockets.

Works great with my 500 series very happy with the case. but i feel its over price

Great Product. I use it with my 385ci for ice fishing. It came with everything I needed to mount it and it works very nice.

This is recommend for the 500 series as I was converting it to ICE flasher. This unit has a hard time fitting in as it is slightly bigger than other models this also works for. I ended up ripping a corner trying to install my sonar. I did keep it and it works fine but is very tight to keep everything in. Should have been made slightly bigger and this would be great.
